Not just about Shakespeare!
It’s nice to see a new non-fiction title for Key Stage 2 about Shakespeare but, although it is called “Explore! Shakespeare”, that isn’t all it does.
With sections covering “Shakespeare’s England”, “The Wider World” and “Actors and Playwrights”, it gives a flavour of the world Shakespeare inhabited.
Together with how to make a model of the Globe and a fictional diary entry “A Boy Actor’s Day”, this is a title that’s certainly worth exploring!
